Final notes

I was offered the pcbs as a sponsorship from PCBWAY. As far as I can tell the boards are perfect, and have no signs of shorts or interrupted traces. I urge you to try their services because theyre cheap and fast for prototyping purposes. Hopefully I will try more of their services in the near future.

The board works perfectly fine. For quick testing I just loaded a Blynk sketch and controlled the mosfets from the blynk app.

Some things I would change:

  • Add more Screw Holes: The current board only has 2 holes and it doesnt keep the board steady when pressing the buttons.

  • Change the linear regulator for a SMPS: The SPX3819 heats up quite a bit, the regulator drops from 12v to 3.3 which is quite a big step.
